Teresa of Avila is the founder of the Discalced Carmelites and one of the Doctors of the Church. Her motto was "Aut Pati, Aut Mori", or "Either to suffer or to Die", meaning "'I would rather die than cease to suffer.'

Hello, Interesting and beautiful site. A word of warning, are you aware that you have a direct link headed 'world clocks' which is actually a sales pitch for a book by a man called Weimann, who calls himself a 'prophet' chosen by God, to proclaim the end of the world preceded by a third and most terrible world war.
